Ainthorpe Farm Bed & Breakfast 

Charges are  £30 per person  sharing a double room per night, for single occupancy, it is £35 per night. Discounts may be available for stays over 3 nights. Rooms are available from 2 o'clock on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Ainthorpe Farm Cottage

Tenancies are from 1:30 pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10:30 am on the Saturday of departure. 

A deposit of £100 is required when booking & payment in full four weeks prior to arrival.

5th April — 24th May     £300

24th May — 31st May     £400

31st May — 28th June     £350

28th June — 19th July     £375

19th July — 30th August £475

30th August—13th Sept   £375

13th Sept—27th Sept        £350

Electricity and fuel are included.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Winter months except holidays £250

(additional charge of £15 per week heating charge from 1st October to 1st May).

Short breaks are available.

A charge of £10 is chargeable per animal per week.
